AI Product Engineer

Role Overview:
Help us build the next generation of AI agents for insurance and fintech. You’ll own features end-to-end, from user problems to shipping impactful products directly with founders, working in US hours.
What We’re Looking For:
– 3-6 years shipping production full-stack systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js)
– Proven experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products
– Strong product sense and user empathy
– Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly
– Experience with data pipelines (DuckDB, dbt) is a plus
What You’ll Do:
– Design, build, and own AI agents, product UX, and backend APIs
– Collaborate directly with founders and customers
– Ship features end-to-end with a focus on user impact
– Leverage AI tools to accelerate development
