Branch Manager

Branch Manager (Country Head) – East Africa

Our client, a well-established and growing company in the logistics and freight industry, is looking for a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to act as country head, based in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of 20 staff

– Develop and implement a strategy to retain existing clients and grow the business

– Understand and analyse the P&L

– Take ownership of commercial and sales responsibility for the branch

– Identify and capitalise on the significant growth potential in the business

Requirements:

– Experience in East Africa and within the logistics industry

– Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding

– Proven people management experience, ideally leading teams of a similar size

– Driven, eager and motivated – attitude and personality are key for this role

Salary: R90,000 – R130,000 per month, depending on experience
