What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience in customer-facing consulting or success roles
– Ability to influence stakeholders and drive action without direct authority
– Strong relationship-building and trusted advisor skills
– Commercial acumen to translate technical value into business terms
– Experience managing multiple customer engagements
– Working knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization
What You’ll Do
– Own customer FinOps engagements from onboarding to value realization
– Drive adoption of optimization recommendations across Azure and M365
– Convert identified opportunities into implemented improvements
– Validate and report on realized savings and outcomes
