Role Overview
Help us democratize financial freedom across Southeast Asia by leading the growth and P&L for our core business line. You’ll act as the “CEO of the Business Unit,” driving strategy and profitable expansion.
What We’re Looking For
– 15+ years in fintech, capital markets, or high-growth tech
– Proven P&L ownership and scaling experience
– Deep expertise in investment products or wealth management (Indonesia focus a plus)
– Strategic leader with experience launching new ventures
– Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner
What You’ll Do
– Define and execute multi-year business strategy and roadmap
– Drive go-to-market initiatives and strategic partnerships
– Incubate new revenue streams and business lines
– Optimize unit economics and drive profitable growth
