Role Overview:
Help us build and deliver cutting-edge client solutions by leading a team of engineers. You’ll architect scalable systems, write code, and mentor talent to drive technical success.
What We’re Looking For:
– 3-10 years in data/software engineering
– Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
– Hands-on Palantir Foundry expertise (pipelines, Ontology, Workshop)
– Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (2-5 engineers)
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Palantir Foundry certifications are a plus
What You’ll Do:
– Define solution architectures and guide engineering design
– Write and review code, ensuring quality and scalability
– Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and drive technical learning
– Translate client objectives into actionable technical strategies
