Role Overview
Help us empower millions across Africa by building the data foundation for a leading fintech platform. You’ll design and implement BI solutions that drive critical business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
– 5+ years in BI Engineering or Analytics Engineering, preferably in fintech/SaaS
– Strong SQL, dbt, and data modeling expertise
– Proven experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
– Ability to translate complex business needs into data solutions
– Experience supporting A/B testing frameworks
– Python or R for deeper analysis
What You’ll Do
– Design and build scalable data models and reporting layers
– Own BI dashboard development and optimization
– Partner with Data Engineering on pipelines and quality
– Translate business requirements into actionable data products
