Role Overview
Help us build and scale the core platform for Clairo AI, enabling fast, safe delivery of AI products to millions. You’ll own infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security, driving operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
– 6+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
– Deep production experience with Kubernetes and Helm
– Proficiency in Python and Bash; working knowledge of Go/TypeScript/C#
– Strong IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred) skills
– Experience with AWS/Azure, observability, and PostgreSQL/Redis
– Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives
What You’ll Do
– Evolve platform infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability
– Own the CI/CD pipeline, from architecture to progressive delivery
– Design and enforce infrastructure standards for safe, frictionless shipping
– Lead production readiness, incident response, and capacity planning
