What We’re Looking For
– 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production
– Strong Python development experience
– Experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
– Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
– Experience building APIs and backend services
– Understanding of AI system evaluation and reliability
What You’ll Do
– Design and deploy multi-step AI agent systems
– Build RAG pipelines and integrate with enterprise systems
– Create evaluation frameworks for quality and production readiness
– Implement AI guardrails and security controls
– Contribute to CI/CD and observability for AI applications
