What We’re Looking For
– 8-10+ years of backend engineering experience
– Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
– Hands-on expertise with Java or Golang, Kafka, and microservices
– Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
– Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Trading Platforms is a plus
What You’ll Do
– Own the technical direction and architecture of a strategic engineering domain
– Design and build highly scalable distributed backend services
– Lead technical initiatives and mentor Senior Engineers
– Drive engineering best practices and improve system reliability
