– 1-2 years in project management or technical coordination
– Understanding of software development processes (no coding required)
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills
– Natural problem-solver, calm under pressure
– Experience with tools like Linear, Jira, or Notion
What You’ll Do:
– Own end-to-end client project delivery from kickoff to launch
– Translate requirements into sprint plans and tasks
– Run standups, reviews, and client check-ins
– Track project health and proactively manage risks
