• By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any updates we post.
• We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version with its “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

• To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use or breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe you have violated these Terms or posed a security risk.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use the Services for unauthorised data harvesting or scraping;
• Infringe others’ rights (intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality);
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access source code;
• Upload viruses, malicious software, or harmful content;
• Use the Services in a way that harms the operation, performance, or security of the systems.

• Users may submit personal or business data (resumes, job descriptions, profiles). You represent you have all necessary rights to share it.
• We may process, store, and display user-submitted data as part of delivering Services.
• We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content. However, by submitting, you grant us a license to use, host, display, and distribute it to deliver system functionalities.

• Where applicable, you agree to pay fees for subscriptions or premium services in accordance with pricing and billing terms posted at the time of purchase.
• All amounts are non-refundable unless required by law.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees automatically, unless you cancel in writing prior to renewal.
• In case of payment failure, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.

• All Content and materials (except user-submitted data) are owned or licensed by AiR. All rights reserved.
• You may use the Services and Content solely for your internal use, not for resale or commercial redistribution.
• Trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of AiR and may not be used without permission.

• Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and not to use it except for performance under these Terms.
• Our handling of personal and user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs with respect to data protection issues.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiR, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, claims from third parties, or misuse of the Services.

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or law.
• Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease. We may delete or archive your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
• Termination does not relieve you of obligations such as unpaid fees or indemnities.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless arbitration or alternative dispute resolution is agreed.
• If part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
