Role Overview

Three positions available: one each in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.

Help us empower enterprise clients with cutting-edge AI conversational agents by owning and growing key accounts. You’ll be the trusted advisor ensuring client success and driving expansion.

What We’re Looking For

– Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management

– Excellent communication for translating technical concepts

– Experience managing projects and coordinating delivery

– Ability to work with commercial and technical stakeholders

– Familiarity with ISO 27001 or security standards is a plus

– Experience in SaaS or conversational AI platforms is ideal

What You’ll Do

– Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving onboarding and growth

– Lead client check-ins and manage project delivery

– Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities

– Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
